  • 150g beef stew (beef steak or fillet)
  • ½ tomato, diced
  • ¼ onion, chopped
  • ¼ green pepper, in strips
  • ¾ clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ tbsp fresh coriander, minced
  • ¼ tsp cumin
  • ⅛ tsp white pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ bay leaf
  • ⅛ tsp achiote (annatto) powder or paste
  • 125 ml beef stock
  • ¼ tbsp vegetable oil
  • ¼ tbsp flour or cornstarch to bind


Delivery Information

Delivery of the fresh meals happens every Tuesday. We currently deliver to the Hague, Leiden and Rotterdam. And pick-up for Deducated Gym members is available in Utrecht.
